PHCMRC is steered by Dr. P B Khedekar and Dr. A Khanvilkar. Dr. Khedekar who comes with a public health background was part of the Maharashtra public health system for more than 30 years. Under his guidance PHCMRC has emerged as an asset to clients from Public and Private sectors for improving their service protocols. Equipped with a Medical degree and Masters in Health Management, Planning and Policy from Nuffield, University of Leed, UK, Dr. A Khanvilkar leads the business development wing of PHCMRC and is responsible for overseeing the various Projects implemented by PHCMRC. 

We have resource persons from varied fields viz. public health, health care management, social development and statistics. Civil as well as bio-medical engineers are also part of PHCMRC, enabling us to undertake assignments related to infrastructural and equipment assesments. Also, as per requirement experts are hired.
