Introduction
Pune Health Care Management Research Centre (PHCMRC) is a not for profit organisation, formed primarily with the objective to increase access to various Management Development Programmes (MDP) for health personnel, so as to strengthen and improve the quality of health care services and health care delivery system.
PHCMRC has a strong team of experts with competencies to develop Project / Programme Implementation Plans (PIP), develop capacities to carry out Operational Research and conduct Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of Projects / Programmes.

PHCMRC seeks to enhance the capabilities of a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure accessible, affordable and acceptable health services through improved governance, participatory macro & micro-planning, and enhanced managerial skills. PHCMRC seeks to accomplish this through management development programmes, research and institutional networking from a national and global perspective.
